While owner John Paul is the captain of the ship at Cameron Winery, Tom Sivilli is the day-to-day winemaker at Cameron and has been been perfecting the art of sparkling wines as his own project. With these two sparkling wines - his forth vintage releases, Tom has proven himself to be a damn sparkling wine savant. Who would have expected impeccably balanced, super complex bubbly from the Willamette Valley’s Dundee Hills and Eola-Amit appellations? These are the real deal.
