Speaking of great Chardonnay that completely over delivers in value. You might remember last year when we featured the very first cider from Sec Wines because it was that good. Well, now we’re happy to be offering the first Chardonnay from Parsec Cider. And it’s absolutely fantastic, but also, super limited. It’s a single neutral barrel from the already prestigious, yet still fairly young vines, grower Mark Royer on the Southern bench of the Eola-Amity Hills. Super terroir driven the volcanic and fractured basalt presence is immediately apparent. Lush and perfectly ripe orchard fruits are framed by taut citrus-like acidity that drive the long finish. This wine is all about the terroir and this vineyard is already racking up the scores. Don’t miss out on this one!
