Cuvée Ruth is sourced from several vineyards planted on volcanic soils, including Justice, Koosah, Sojeau, Temperance Hill, Witness Tree and X Novo. Piercing red fruits, aromatic spices, rose petals and a hint of earth jump from the glass. The medium-bodied palate reprises the aromatic themes with a touch more emphasis on the earthy notes and raspberry fruit. There is a lot of complexity here.
