We are excited to offer this compelling and unique bottling from Walter Scott, from the Fir Crest Vineyard shadowed by a Douglas Fir forest in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Planted on marine sedimentary soils in 1985 this field blend is 83% Pinot Blanc, 15% Pinot Gris, and 2% Auxerrois. A very tasty number with a hint of that classic Walter Scott reduction that seems to chisel the intense lemon peel and white flower aromas. The palate is beautifully textured and lush with a refreshing drive and very long finish. An instant Pacific Northwest classic that will pair seamlessly with your next Dungeness crab dish.
