This is one of my personal favorite Rosés every year. Perhaps it's a bit cliché to say great winemakers make great wine but this beauty is proof positive. Cabernet Franc's signature is on full display here with fresh strawberry, roses, rhubarb, and a kiss of white pepper. Each sip delivers a great combination of crisp acidity and delicate fruit with a nice mineral touch. I love wines that evolve as the bottle warms. Drink the first glass with a chill for some refreshment and watch the wine change as it warms. Then try to decide if you like it more cool or room temp.
