The 2024 Rosso Bacher casts beautiful aromas of rosemary, pipe tobacco and earth. The palate is just plain delicious: medium-bodied with pretty red fruit and earth notes framed by good acidity and soft tannins. Drink over the next five to eight years with just about any preparation you can think of that involves beef, lamb, sausages or mushrooms, risotto etc.
