Kikkawa Jozo "Merry Christmas" Junmai Nama Genshu Kikuyu

Only selected Harumi rice from Kanagawa Prefecture is used for this Junmai. The use of a special yeast gives this premium sake a dry and balanced taste as well as a strong note of umami (Japanese for hearty).
