Is it cheeky to say this is like Cru Willamette? The similarities are apparent with dense red fruits and crunch acidity would be akin to the Cru Morgon in Beaujolais but with that Wilammete Valley volcanic soil signature. Look for crushed raspberry, spice, and perfume. Bright and bouyant with super fine grained tannins. This vintage is a great chance to check out how cool a variety, that's not Pinot Noir, can do here.
