Gulfi is one of Sicily’s best wineries and make some of the best Cerasuolo in Italy. Their Classico bottling is especially good. A blend of Frappato and Nero d’Avola with the Nero d'Avola bringing structure, dark fruit, and depth, while Frappato adds a lighter, floral lift with good acidity and a sense of freshness.
