A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay raised with extended lees aging and restrained dosage before disgorgement in December 2024. Built more around tension and mineral precision rather than overt autolytic richness. At just 2.5 g/L dosage, the finish remains dry, chalky, and energetic while still carrying impressive texture and depth.
