Goodfellow Durant Vineyard Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut (2022 base)

A Dundee Hills Blanc de Blancs built primarily from Chardonnay grown at Durant Vineyard, blended with small portions of reserve wines from 2019 and 2021. Subtle reduction sits beneath the autolytic character, with lemon cream, citrus oil, mineral tension, and saline persistence defining the wine. The combination of bright acidity, restrained dosage, and layered texture gives the wine both immediate appeal and considerable aging potential.
