This is a surprisingly intense white wine for less than $25 - and it’s damn delicious! The fruit, acidity, and mineral expression are in total harmony in this lushly textured wine. This Grillo was so enjoyable in our tasting office, I can only imagine how well it will go with pretty much anything coming out of the ocean - well, except all those microplastics…Enjoy now with great gusto and over the next three years.
