This blessed site typically displays highly aromatic, mineral-driven wines and Delarche’s version is a perfect example of this chiseled style. The linear palate has a quiet presence that expands with a little time in the glass with flavors that reprise the aromatics. The mid-palate is intense while a strong core tangy and salty minerals with just enough fleshy fruit to compel the stony finish.
