It’s true that Tyson is a Chardonnay champion but his Pinots certainly deserve attention too. The 2023 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is pure Dundee Hills perfectly reflecting those famous Jory soils. Generous aromatics of nBlackberry blossom, Bing cherries, and a floral rose perfume lead to a crunchy and fresh palate loaded with fresh fruit. Supple and delicate it’s backed by fine and powdery tannins that keep the wine well grounded. Pure and quite charming.
