Composed of a block from the Draper clone section and often picked a bit earlier. The color here is a pale straw color with flecks of green. Clearly leaner, notes of green apple, grapefruit, lime, thyme, chamomile, and brine. Taught and citrus driven on the palate this wine has lots of energy that leads into that characteristic and mouthwatering minerality. What a cool contrast!
