Some wines are just fun do drink and, you guessed it, that's just what this is. FUN. But, that's not to say it isn't a serious wine too. Constantly influenced by cooling Mediterranean winds this unique blend of Lledoner Blanc and Roig (Grenache Blanc and Gris) the 17 year Mas Marés vineyard is located within the Cap de Creus Nature Reserve. The site creates smaller clusters, berries, thicker skins, and fresher acidity. Makes it easy to imagine sitting in a vineyard overlooking the sea and sniffing a glass bursting with white flowers, melon, nectarine and sea spray. Perfectly balanced and fresh the palate has layers of nectarine, lemon zest, herbs, and a hint of sea spray. Seafood based tapas dishes recommended.
