Fifteen years ago, I used to say that Vincent Paris was one of the rising stars of the Northern Rhone Valley issuing excellent Saint Joseph and Cornas. His star has fully risen in the years since. Along with wines of Pierre Gonon, August Clape, Frank Balthazar and Guillaume Gilles, these are some of the most traditionally made wines of Rhone valley. If you enjoy Northern Rhone Valley Syrah, or Syrah from anywhere, grab some these while you can. All are very limited.
